For the most decadent drink in town, head to the bar at Andre's in the Monte Carlo. The Marti-Gras is essentially a foie gras martini, created by Chef Gary LaMorte by using roasted foie gras, vodka, vanilla bean, honey, huckleberries or other seasonal garnish, and topped with shaved seasonal truffles.
