Acclaimed Los Angeles chef David Myers has opened Comme Ça, a lively and modern French brasserie, at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. David's focus on unique dining experiences and award-winning culinary concepts is the driving force behind his dynamic David Myers Group, which includes Southern California restaurants Sona, Comme Ça and Pizzeria Ortica.
We had a chance to sit down and talk with David prior to the opening of Comme Ça Las Vegas where he talked about some of his most popular dishes and what inspires him.
