Tinoco's Kitchen Express
Okay, so it's a glorified casino snack bar, its brand-name appeal deflated a bit by barstool seating that offers you an up-close view of shambling and muttering downtown casino denizens. Still, the food fills you up, cheaply and quickly, whether it's a (surprisingly spicy!) $2 soft taco, Tinoco burrito (chicken, pork or carne asada, $5.95) or more lumpen fare that ranges into hot dogs and club sandwiches in the $5-$7 range.
