Hachi
Hachi's chef Linda Rodriguez and her husband and sushi chef Martin Swift were both trained under Nobu Matsuhisa, with Martin working at Nobu in London, and Linda working there and at Nobu New York. They offer similar fusion cuisine and sushi at Hachi, but at a fraction of the price.
