Turning simple, fresh ingredients into culinary delights, Corporate Executive Chef Brian Massie leads an innovative, fun and creative kitchen at FIX Restaurant & Bar. FIX’s menu offers top quality fish, meat and poultry, all cooked to order on a wood-burning grill. Menu highlights include Scallop Benedict, Apple Wood Bacon, Crab Hollandaise; Lobster Tacos, Grilled Mango, Cilantro; Kobe Chili Cheese Fries, Kobe Chili, Cheddar Cheese Sauce, Crispy House Fries; and Very Adult Mac & Cheese, Trufle Oil, Proscuitto, four cheeses.
The Light Group’s master mixologists have created playful cocktails to match Chef Massie’s inventive menu. The Gumdrop is a martini that’s sweet as can be with Jumbo Gumdrops, Grey Goose L’Orange, Chambord and Limoncello. The ultimate jetsetter’s cocktail is Strawberry Aviation, which combines Plymouth Gin, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur and a fresh chocolate strawberry.

As a thirteenth time recipient of the AAA Five Diamond Award, Executive Chef Julian Serrano's menu is inspired by the regional cuisine of France and Spain where Pablo Picasso spent much of his life. The restaurant boasts a wine cellar stocked with more than 1,500 selections from the finest European vineyards.
