Spago
Acknowledged as the spark that ignited the Las Vegas culinary phenomenon, Spago is the preeminent trendsetter in cuisine, service and style -- synonymous with fine food and celebrity clientele. Executive Chef Eric Klein’s menu features seasonal American cuisine with influences from around the world and trademark Wolfgang Puck touches. The menu is enhanced by an uncompromising international wine list and specialty cocktails from Spago’s bar, a prime venue for celebrity spotting.
Spago is located in The Forum Shops at Caesars just steps away from the casino and Colosseum Theatre. The restaurant’s modern and warm interior design boasts collection of striking, contemporary art complementing Chef Klein's artistic flair. In a city known for its star power, Spago consistently dazzles, remaining one of the most popular dining spots in Las Vegas. Reservations are strongly recommended.
In addition to Spago's main dining room, the restaurant also features a casual, front cafe with a lighter menu of Puck's signature wood-oven pizzas, appetizers, pastas and a selection of entrees. The patio-style cafe extends out into The Forum Shops, creating an ideal vantage point for people-watching. Walk-ins are welcome as reservations are not accepted for the cafe area.
Wolfgang Puck's original Las Vegas restaurant is arguably the place that started the Strip dining revolution. While it's routinely packed with celebrities for dinner, it's also the power lunch spot for Las Vegas' movers and shakers. Yet surprisingly, 75 percent of the lunch entrees are priced at $25 or less. They include free-range chicken breast, pancetta-wrapped meatloaf, and Puck's signature smoked salmon pizza (adding caviar, of course will push it past that price point).
